Mileage Details
All receipts must be attached to support the claim. Mileage expenses can only be claimed where you use your own vehicle for business. The trips must be to a temporary place of work and be wholly, necessarily and exclusively for business purposes. You must provide sufficient information to enable us to validate that the journey was to a temporary place of work and entirely for business purposes. You will also need to supply VAT fuel receipts to support your claim and demonstrate you have used your vehicle, we look for £10 of fuel per 100 miles claimed.
